Products purchased that are not downloadable
(books, scores, printed sheet music) may be returned for a full credit. However,
before any product may be returned, the customer must return to TANGOSHOP®, a
“Refund Claim Form”. The “Return Claim Form” will be provided to the
customer after the customer informs TANGOSHOP® that they need such form. To
obtain a refund, you must notify TANGOSHOP® within 30-days of your original
purchase date, that you desire a refund for the product purchased. The “Refund
Claim Form” provided to you must be returned to TANGOSHOP® by regular mail
only (no e-mail), within 10-days, in order to obtain a refund.
Products purchased that are downloadable are NOT refundable, but may be
EXCHANGED within 30-days from date of purchase. The product to be exchanged may
only be exchanged for another downloadable software product sold by TANGOSHOP®.
However, before any new software will be made available, the customer must
return to Information TANGOSHOP®, a “Refund Claim Form”. The “Return
Claim Form” will be provided to the customer after the customer informs
TANGOSHOP® that they need such form. To obtain an exchange, you must notify
TANGOSHOP®, within 30 days of your original purchase date, that you desire to
exchange the product purchased. The “Refund Claim Form” provided to you must

order to obtain the exchange.
In order to obtain a refund or exchange, you must provide your correct e-mail
address and/or mailing address to TANGOSHOP®. TANGOSHOP® will not be liable
for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a “Refund
Claim Form” that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing
address provided by you to TANGOSHOP®. The customer is responsible for
providing a correct/working e-mail address.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate
charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If
you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to
the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card
services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible
criminal charges that may be filed against you.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS FOR "ON DEMAND
SCORES" OR "TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES". NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF
MISSING THE IMMEDIATE ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR
ORDER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.
